Stella was the first female bird in the flock, created to bring in a character that girls could more easily relate to. I worked on early concept versions of Stella, while the final character design was created by Miguel Francisco. The brand itself was developed collaboratively by our team at the time. Stella’s personality has evolved over the years, especially after the movie, but she’s still the cutest member of the flock.
